I'm Lauren, a CPA and former corporate tax manager turned professional coach. 

I used to think success at work was all about being smart, efficient, and right. But everything changed when I trained as a leadership coach. I learned how to stop focusing solely on what mattered to me and start paying attention to what mattered to the person across from me. That shift in perspective changed my entire career. 

Once I learned how to communicate in a way that built trust and aligned with others’ priorities, everything got easier. Conversations became more productive. Collaboration felt smoother.
