I'm Lauren, CPA & former corporate tax manager turned professional coach. 

I know firsthand what it’s like to work under intense pressure. For over a decade, I was a top performer in corporate tax, facing never-ending deadlines, an overwhelming stream of tasks, and relentless expectations—from clients, coworkers, bosses, and myself. On paper, I was successful, but underneath, I was stressed, anxious, and exhausted.

Throughout my career, I silently struggled with perfectionism, high self-expectations, fear of failure, and chronic stress. Despite exclusively positive performance reviews, I never felt like I was doing enough. I was trapped in a cycle of overwork and burnout, continuously thinking that if I could just make it through this next deadline, things would improve. But they never did.

Everything changed when I stepped into a leadership role and pursued a leadership coaching certification. Coaching opened my eyes to the impact of my thoughts and behaviors, empowering me to make new choices and tackle my challenges head-on. I took charge of my life, faced my fears, and created the balance I had been longing for. This transformation didn’t just change my career—it changed my entire life.
